Seeing how much my granddaughters are enjoying gardening with me warms my heart so much. Their father was a jock when he was a kid. And so, he never really attempted to help me tend our garden, as he is always practicing after school. Now, every time my granddaughters are paying me a visit, they will both excitingly go directly to my garden and ask what they can do to help me this time.

There are times when I would allow me them to plant and replant flowers, and there are times when I would allow them to rearrange some of the potted plants. However, their most favorite thing to do is to water them, one by one although I have an irrigation system Raleigh. I always love seeing them going from one plant to another with the sprinkler in hand, and one by one telling the plants to grow up and to not be shy of showing their flowers soon.

This Christmas, I am planning a surprise for my little angels. I will have a patio built in the middle of the garden by the best hardscape company in Raleigh.
