If you are looking to make some money quick, and you have old jewelry lying around then you should sell old jewelry to your local jeweler. I was thinking that the whole gold thing might now last very long and I ended up selling jewelry to a friend of mine who owns a local store here in town over a year ago. The price of gold has gone up since then and I think that I could have gotten more from what I sold had I just waited.

I do not feel too bad since a bunch of my friends also were selling jewelry at the same time that I did it and they all had at least double the amount that I did. My best friend Sue has told me several times how much more money she would have gotten, had she waited just a few more months.

So, since no one knows how long the gold prices will stay up like they are, you should just sell old jewelry now instead of finding out that you could have gotten more by doing it after the prices fall. I tell people all the time to not wait but they all just laugh and tell me that I should have waited so why shouldn’t they.
