I Hired ReputationManagers.com Before Opening My Doors
Internet & Web Services December 22nd, 2009I decided to hire ReputationManagers.com right when I opened up my first restaurant. I knew that lots of food critics would take a stab at reviewing my food and they are not always the nicest people. I had seen many other restaurants here in California close down, all because of some bad reviews.
I had a long talk with the people over at ReputationManagers.com about what I expect from them and how I need them to keep any and all bad reviews from critics and public alike off of the search engines, or at least very low. I have been thinking of hosting some charity events and making sure that those good press releases get into the top columns of the best food critics in town.
ReputationManagers.com has started my campaign to maintain good press, and since the first day I opened my doors, I have not seen any bad press for my restaurant. I am just crossing my fingers that this will be the case in the future too. If ReputationManagers.com can stay up on it for this long, I do not see them dropping the ball anytime soon.
I think that I will keep the fact that I hired a reputation management team, before even opening, to myself. I would not want anyone else to find out how I stay on top of the lists of the best restaurants’ in town.
