I was rather impressed with the website that I just happened to stumble upon. I had been toying with the idea of buying a second home overseas, but was not sure exactly where. I had been too many different countries and knew that I could live in just about any of them. The site that I found, had Egypt properties, Cypriot properties, and Spanish properties among many more.

I decided to look at property for sale in Egypt first, since I think that many of my friends and family would love to come and visit me if I lived there. The four different homes that I found seemed a little higher priced than I wanted to spend. I emailed the agent to see if any of the owners of the property for sale in Egypt would be willing to deal with me.

The agent that was in charge of the Egypt properties informed me that all of the owners were very motivated and that I should submit them my best price and see what happened. I did just that, on a very beautiful home that was located in the capitol city and the owners accepted it.

I knew then, that there was no reason to check out the Spanish properties or the Cypriot properties, because I had found the second home of my dreams and got it for a great price too.
