Cocktail party is the most happening party. Everyone looks forward to such a party. For making cocktail recipes, three things are the basic requirement; base spirit, garnishing and lots and lots of crushed ice.

These three things though seem to be very simple but a small effort on each of them can either turn on or turn off your party. If you have a big budget, then you can take four to five base spirits, though two base spirits is also more than enough. Depending on the alcoholic drink and non alcoholic drink recipes you are planning to make, the base spirits can be decided upon.

Ice lots of crushed ice make a drink look and taste relishing. Crushed ice is always better than cube ice. Moreover if you are planning to have some frozen drink recipes on the table, then needless to say, pre arrange for lots of ice. All of you will agree with them, chilled beer is a must; any thing apart from being chilled is such a put off.

Garnishing is something that will add a tang to your recipes. So go wild, it is your party, let the drink demons inside you fly high. Fruits as garnish are very common. Try something likes basil or mint will make your guests say “wow”, and that’s hat is known as an interesting out of the box combination.
