Apart from getting your wood decks sealed, it is also important that you maintain them by power or pressure washing. But optimum water pressure should be maintained with the use of correct cleaning chemicals, since the wood is soft and can easily be decayed.

For the neutralization process, a mild acidic solution is applied to the wooden deck. The deck is left for drying for few days and then with the use of good quality oil deck sealer, it is sealed.
